There is literally no space between my pod and dash on the left side of the pod, but enough on the right. I'm wondering, if the pod can be adjusted so it is centered in that dash opening. Has anybody done that?
If that's not possible, can the dash be slided to the left by a hair? I susped that would be a major project on an airbag car...

Did you try just puching it over? If you open the door and lean on it a little I'll bet you can get it to slide a little. It's held in place by some really long bolts so there should be some of play. You can loosen the bolts some if that doesn't work.

Nicole,
Remove the knee protection and those little plastic covers under the instrument pod. You will see some allan head bolts. Untighten them and you will have some movement of the pod left to right. You can leave the steering wheel on for this no problem. You can actually remove the instrument cluster without the removal of the pod!!!
