Default Goldmember heads south with its new owner!

Well, I bid the Goldmember farewell yesterday night at about 8:30 PM. Its new owner lives in Tennessee. Really nice guy, was very pleased with the car and everything he got with it. Talked with him this AM...it ran fine all the way there and his comments basically reflect that the car is strong.

I have to say I did have some second thoughts as The Goldmember rumbled off into the sunset, but a deal is a deal. Now all that remains are a few useless normally aspirated bits and pieces along with the official Goldmember action figure and CD with behind the scenes footage. But as the saying goes...all good things must come to an end.

Probably the best 928 $8,800 ever pulled down!

Ah yes...there are more projects to be completed. Been here wet sanding my Audi down for its new paint job in two weeks. Big Kahuna is waiting for its boost...all in due time. Sometimes it is hell being such a perfectionist... People tell me I just need to relax and do nothing once in a while...what fun would that be?

"Hey everybody I'm from Holland, isn't dat weird?" Please...no Vinkie comments. No I did not include it....that figure is in memory of the Goldmember project and will reside in my 2nd level design studio (also known as the study). It is sitting next to some normal looking study type things now. I now need a Big Kahuna project figure...any ideas?

Man...I feel like I gave that car away, but realistically I think it was a fair deal. I got a ton of R&D out of it and someone got a really unique car. 4 cars was too many as I only have three stables at the house.

Picture a cartoon shark standing on it's tail/feet wearing an Hawaiian shirt and a big grin.

Just curious what part of Tenn. it went to. As far as I know, right now, I've got the only shark in town.
