Sorry about the alliteration...Okay, when I bought my shark the passenger's window switch was kaput. No big whoop, I order a new one, put it in and all's good. After a couple of months and not too many uses, the window is reluctant to go down. Pushing on the edge of the button helps. The window rises perfectly with a light touch like it's supposed to.
At this point, a year later, I have to reach over the far side of the console and hook my fingers on the lip while pushing hard on the upper left of the "down" side of the window button with my thumb. And then it only works intermittently. The "up" side of the button is still 100%.
Is there anything I can do to the(virtually new) switch to get it working easier? I could tell when I installed it that there wasn't much to it.
One of the cheesier elements of these cars it seems. It pisses me off that a brand new part that they don't exactly give away is such crap.
