Default UK insurance costs / companies

Hi all,

I've just had my insurance renewel through: 32 years old, full no claims discount, clean license, garaged, club member 1988 S4 with 5000 miles yearly mileage limit.

RH Specialist car division £282.46 fully comprehensive (£100.00) excess

How does it compare with other UK owners quotes? Cost and company appreciated!

Regards

Bert

Hi Bert,
That sounds a pretty competitive quote. I assume this is a classic car insurance ?

I am with AON and the premium was around 330GBP from memory - 5k miles, garaged, 63, clean license.

Regards

Wow, you UK brothers have it easy! My full comp coverage is another US$1000/year beyond what you're paying!

John,

It is classic insurance 5k miles limit. Can't fault their service, but if i can go cheaper without sacrificing cover.... might put money saved towards rebuilding my MAF
