2005 Woodward Dream Cruise
The annual Woodward Dream Cruise is THIS Saturday, August 20.
As is our tradition, the 928 crowd will hit the streets early to try to avoid some of the heavier traffic. We'll be meeting at the Tim Horton's at the corner of 11 Mile Road and I-75 in Royal Oak at 10:00 am. We'll head out as a group at 10:30.
In the past, we've stopped for lunch, so bring your lunch money.
Bring your cameras, too, since we've been know to attract some attention.

I'll make it if the weather cooperates but I'm going out a bit earlier to check out some of the sites. If you remember last year, the traffic was pretty heavy by 10 AM.
I'll still head over to Tim Hortons at 10 so we can cruise over together.
Last year there were 40,000 registered cars and 1.7 million visitors. Double that is expected this year and there's no telling how many un-registered cars.
I heard Ford is having the Beach Boys in downtown Birmingham. It could be just a rumor, although they are in town this week and appearing at Meadowbrook.
