O2 Sensor Replacement

Would I be correct in assuming that for my 86.5 with P# 928 606 128 00 for the o2 sensor, the replacement with universal P# 965 606 126 00 would be OK? I'm thinking heated vs non-heated, 3 wire, etc.

Any 3-wire sensor (for cars of that era) will work - simply resolder the wiring harness .... to the correct leads
