What are the chances someone made an aftermarket instrument cluster for the '84 vintage 928?

Or, has anyone replaced all their gauges with individual ones mounted in the same white backing plate from the factory?

I'm pondering both at this point. Spending $1500-$5k on a replacement cluster seems crazy.

After cleaning all my contacts and fixing the broken odometer gear, the gauges still don't work. Everything seems to tone out from end to end.

Hi,

Do a search on some of the back forum threads. There have been several here in the past year including one interesting thread on a LCD screen mounted in the center. HTH!

Cheers,

Dave

I did a bunch of searches before posting this. Apparently I don't have the search-fu tonight.
