Are you talking about the one in the bumper or the flip up light?
There is a write up for installing the euro-bulbs, I cannot find it. Should help with visuals.
Bascially you flip up the lights, take out the three screws holding down the back cover. Once that is off it should be obvious what is holding down the bulb assembly.

Ron-
Just pop up the lights, remove the key from the ignition, then turn off the headlight switch. There are 3 screws that hole thec over on. Remove those. Then there are 2 bolts (or 4 depending) that hold the light on to the "fork". There is also a "Ball & Socket" thingy at the bottom of the light, You might need to put a flat head screwdriver on it to pop it off. Alternatively, you can twist it 90* (from the back) and it will come out of the fork. I think the former is easier. Reverse steps to assemble.
Good luck Ron!
