Just made reservations for Saturday. They said there are 9 rooms left in the block that was set aside.
When it gets a bit closer, we'll figure out a caravan plan from Houston for anyone going up Sat morning.
I sent out a message to my TX owners list a couple of days ago, so word should be spreading....

Just left a message for my girl at the hotel. There should be 18 more rooms left by my count. Keep booking, I should get a call back by tomorrrow but again, there should be more than enough rooms righ now and I can get more.

Haha, cool - then I will make plans to take vacation and be there. But no need to convert me, I already like 928's, I just don't know if I can afford the maint..........

I stayed there over the fourth of July, nice hotel, kinda small but it works. And Chilis is next door too.. 
The lake view is the way to go though. Great fireworks for the fourth. I am going to be there as well. I dont know if I am going to stay there or at the ranch, but I will be there for sure. I sure hope I get my car ready for it, if not I will be in the truck.

Sweet, I am going to work my but off for the next month to try to get it put back together. I havnt met any one who lives in S.A. that has a 928 yet. Maybe they are hiding or I am looking in the wrong place.
I like your picture, it reminds me of the machinegun shoot I went to up there.

I have to buy a bunch of parts from 928International as well as do a TB and Water pump and full brake system. Right now I am putting the Clutch master and brake master back on tonight and all the lines. I still have half of the interior as well as the a/c to fix. The list goes on and on. I will definatle let you know if I need help. So far I havnt met anyone else down here that has a 928.
I went to the one that was on a ranch just outside of Fredricksburg on the left hand side of the road when your heading north to north west. It started with the C4 on the old truck then open fire afterwards. I would say it was 6 months or so ago I guess. Maybe a year ago. I went out there as a guest of wild bill's. The 50 cal. BMG was fun!!!!!!!!
