Has anybody seen these? (928 toy cars)
I came across these at the local Giant grocery store. They had three of them, & at $1.99, I had to make a purchase (I'm such a nerd).
Two Guards Red, and one sort of mocha-brown colored one. The brown one has 928 on the hood, some downright snazzy graphics, and get this.....nowhere does it say "Turbo".
I especially like the ride height, and the flared fenders to accomodate the Monster Mudders.
They're actually metal (probably made from recycled Daewoo's), and have "pull back action".
What's really impressive is the little insignia where the Porsche crest should be. It's really hard to read, but it says "Happiness Association".
I always wanted to be a member of the Happiness Association, and now I guess I am.
I figured somebody out there would want one of these to add to their funky Chinese 928 model collection, so I bought all three. If you want one, P.M. me. (since I only have 2, the first 2 P.M's.)
There's a red one and a brown one both unopened. $1.99 + basic shipping cost ($1.99?) and I'll send it your way. Let me know which one you want.
