For the angles, I went to Lowes and bought a long piece of aluminum that was 2mm+ thick and made to go around a corner for corner protection. I cut 4 pieces the length specified (not that important since they fall out on their own once the assembly is tightened up) and dremeled the edges to make the width fit in the slots shown above. Finally, I sanded the rough edges so I would not cut a finger off. Worked great and only took about 30 minutes to make all 4 pieces. Keep them for future use.

Have now removed the clutch and decided to replace the T/O bearing, Pilot bearing and clutch arm.
Used a floor jack to lower the clutch package to the floor.
(working on my own)
Removing the pilot bearing without a puller seemed to be very difficult.
Tried with a nut and bolt but the bolt was to short after grinding the nut to fit trough the pilot bearing .
But then I remembered reading about the method wich means filling the cavity behind the bearing with grease and hitting a piece of round wood stick with a hammer.
By pure luck I had a 15mm round wood stick laying around in one corner.
A couple of light taps with the hammer and it just slided out
Here's a couple of pics.

15mm round wood inserted in the bearing center, a few light taps with the hammer and voila

Very easy, just some grease to wipe off after.
Will put the clutch package back in later tonight or tomorrow.

Cheers/Peter
