Will there be a Sharktober Fest in 05?
Trying to plan for the fall events. Is there a Sharktober Fest this year??? 928 Intl. are you listening? I missed last year because of a prior commitment 
and I don't want to do the same thing this year!!!!!

Yep already on my calendar. Going to need a lot of parts to get my Heidi back together and what a perfect time and opportunity to save on shipping!! Get all my PacNW buddies to hall shark parts back for me!

Shane bring a trailer ! I am sure some of the shipwrights in Dutch Harbor could fabricate a 928 hitch. Or drive down with no front hood and we can bolt on the one Mark is giving you for your return trip

Il be there with a bunch of Vegas guys hopefully. I think its going to be a family trip this time...wife and kids off to see "the Mouse" and i get to play with the "sharks".

Wow...we just finished 04's fest! Is it that time already? 
Rest assured...there WILL be a "SHARKTOBERFEST 05" As a matter of fact, we have been pre planning this years event already. (already??? what am I saying...we are actually late! It's almost July.)
Dan Bise and I are meeting this weekend for a rough schedule of events. This year will have another twist to it. Each year will have some similarities, but we always like to do something different to keep it fresh. No matter what, it will be big and fun!
We are secretly hoping to out do the Holland 928 get together of 180+ cars. Last year we were over 140. I have a funny feeling this year is going to be HUGE as word has spread about this illustrious event. Anyone think we can get 200 928's in one spot????? Ya better put the word out! This would certainly be a worlds record since the cars came out of Stuttgart. We may try to get some TV or cable coverage! There are a couple of cable auto programs I would like to contact.

If you need a date to plan, it is 99% sure it will be Oct 21-23, 2005.

One problem that we've had as far as documenting and photographing is the lack of a single LARGE parking area. Saturday seems to be the largest day for attendence. There isn't sufficient parking at 928 International for all the attendees, and then people come and people go. So it is difficult to comprehend just how many 928s there are.
It was most amazing when we parked after last year's fun drive. We need some way of photographing all the sharks together!!

AERIAL PHOTO....already in the plans on this years list. If we can successfully pull it off, posters can be ordered at Sharktoberfest. We have already thought of a couple of places to do it if it cannot be done at 928 Int'l. ANGELS Stadium is one which is close by...parking lot is HUGE. The field would be better, but I am not sure they will allow us to drive in the stadium.
