The 928 like intake system is interesting. It looks like somebody really put some time and thought into producing that setup.

I bet they did. I would love to see what sits under teh supercharger. I bet its a very simple manifold like Andys, especially if its not intercooled. Its the intercooling that takes up all the space and a good part of the complexity..in any system really.
Ive seen Vortechs and turbos, but I had never seen this done on a vi[per, just passing it along.

I suppose the twin TB could be adapted easily to the twinscrew SC 928 set up. Of course it would take a bit of work, but there are already NA 928 running around that way, with dual TB's Its just debatable what HP/TQ gains would be had for the work put into it in a SC'd application.

I "hear" vipers are wicked beasts to begin with... I can only imagine what this thing must be like> Any idea on HP and Tq specs?

Looks like an autorotor twin screw....that has to be a beast.... Heffners performance offers S/C packages for vipers that typically put down 750+whp.... Nice gain considering most GTS vipers (1st gen) put down around 400whp. That must be a beast...stock vipers are VERY strong

You know what else I don't see? Engine crossbrace. I like the intake tubes and think they would work for a 928.

I saw a yellow one of these at the May 1st fun run in NY. The cars custom plates said "550HP". I saw him leave and didn't see him again until it was over! It was a snobby rich *** young punk though, probably doesnt even change his own oil.

Oddly enough vipers don't have factory cross braces? Judging by how flimsy the hood opens they can't be that stiff in the front end....I would imagine quite a bit of flex when jacking up just one wheel!

I might be wrong but I think there is a cross brace in front of the engine, which is about even with the front of the front suspension. Dodge used to claim that the Viper had the stiffest chassis of any car built. That claim popped up once again when the new Vipers were introduced.
