Overnight depreciation
Left to right, can you spot the $22K difference?
(No, it's not the roof-less carport)

The current driveway does leave a lot to be desired, and so does the roof-less shack that pretends to be a garage - it's temporary though, soon the 928 will share a nice comfy 2-car heated garage with a fellow german; Mr. BMW . That, however, has nothing to do with the $22K
One year of ownership sure feels like $22K, but so does every ride in the car
And yes, the old plate probably was solid gold.
$22K is what I get for taking the car out of Denmark and into Sweden. In fact, the real difference is closer to $26K, but they keep 15%, just to make sure I don't bring it back in...

Hehe... Anders, I have been to busy to worry about that lately Actually, the plates are not even on the car yet (It's placed there purely for the photo session) - the frame is too small as the previous plates were non-EU (slightly smaller). Need to get a new frame first
Peter, thx. Glad to be here

Anders, btw: I still need to get a ride in that Cup Car of yours (assuming you still have it?) - are you in, or around, Malmö theese days? I just ordered the Tax sticker - if it's as fast as they claim, the car should be road-worthy by the weekend

However, we are considering to loan him him back to Sweden for a few days in August...

When is the 928 moving into the new house and what kind of BMW did you end up buying?

The outer shell of the house is done later this month, but we do not expect to move in until october (lots of stuff to do inside). We bought a 1998 BMW 528iA. I was going to sell the 928 until reality caught up with me - there is no market for these cars. For the money they bring, selling is pointless.
TAREK, you win the chance to give me a ride in that SC 84 of yours - once you get it up and running that is

$22K is just sick considering one can get two entire S4's from Germany with it.
How much more it cost per year to live in Sweden next to bridge and drive over it to work in Denmark? I would quess $22K buys at least few years.
