ok... sit down before you read this and freak out!
I am considering buying an S4, I found one in a color I like but I can't seem to quite id the actual color.. any help would be appreciated
sorry for not showing a fuller pic of the car, the pics he sent me are absolutely HUGE!!!
suffice to say, it's an 88 (waiting for vin to confirm) w/ grey green interior (needs some work) mechanically excellent and body is perfect.. tb/wp within last year 86k miles
and the price is RIGHT Bob!!!

That is the color that came to my mind seeing the pic too.. Granite Green.. Did you check 928 Australia's color info? They show 2 greens for the 87-88's Rock Green & Lagoon Green that are kinda similar too. http://www.landsharkoz.com/htm/sc/colourblue.htm

Mark.. believe it or not I've been looking for one for a while now
it fits what I'm looking for, mechanics and body are good, interior needs dash and pod repair (hmm wonder who can do that for me).. the color combo is awesome, low miles etc etc..
and did I mention the PRICE is right!!
Michael, I thought about your car but when I went to the Registry to check it there was NO PIC!!! what's up with that????
anyway.. he's hoping to make the trip to SITM this weekend,,,, AND.. with so many knowledgable folks around I'm thinkin of the most intense PPI ever performed on a 928
that is, if ya'll are up to it!!!!!

I can't get away to see the car prior to this weekend, he's given me a price, I agreed tonite to meet that price given the vin checks and the only things wrong with the car are those he stated and showed me pics of
if I have to worry about someone snaking me on this car I'm hanging with the wrong crowd of people
