Default Broken Part Identification

I'm a new 928 owner and I'm sorting out all the various items that have been neglected by the PO. Can someone let me know what this is?

Looks like the stabilizer linkage to the lower control arm is completely gone!?
How does the other side look?I think it was originally connected to the left side of the bolt that can be seen in the picture nearby the linkage. It connects to a small piece of rubber that still sits on that bolt (towards the wheel).

The other side looks just fine. As far as I can tell.

Probably fatique over the years from hard cornering.

Is the rubber boot properly connected to the steering tie rod, looks to me like it is not sitting on that little piece of round rubber at the end of the tie rod.

Shame on the previous owner for not informing you. You ought to revisit this person again!
