Sharkbait

My passenger side windshield wiper seems to occasionally stick in the 1/2way down position. It will only go down halfway and after a few more cycles, it will collide with the driver's wiper and get stuck together. I can force it back down all the way and it will operate normally until a little while later it will do the same thing. Anything I can do?

Sounds like the nut needs tighten.
