Who took those pictures? That person owns the copyrights to them. Unless he has signed them over to Wrecked Exotics, or has otherwise given expicit permission to publish them, wrecked exotics is using them illegally.

I have this problem with UFO images, they'd be taken from me and published in magazines all over the world. Sometimes they credit another person for taking them or totally change the date and what happened.

Everytime they put their own copyright on your stuff, or your own text. Its pathetic, the whole net does this. Some are nice and take them down if you ask, others tell ya to get in back the line of people suing them.

They probably can quote the fair use clause of the copyright act, or news worthy. The biggest bastards out there is the local news. National news pays for licensing feeds and has contracts. Local news just takes what it wants or sells it to other news, but will sue you if your use their material.
