Very Nice, Curt!
The Cup 2 wheels really change the appearance - I think I should make the swap as well. Do you know what the weight is of your "fake" Cup 2s?

You must be a magnet for all of those NY State Troopers on Rt. 390. In the 4 years I lived up there, I think I got pulled over about 6 times for speeding.

Curt-
I think I'd get annoyed by the extinguisher on the arm rest. I'd look at either mounting it on the pass side of the center console, or as I've seen others do, right behind the parking brake - on the cover over the brake cable. Other than that, it looks very nice - I like the linen interior too - Very cool!

Not sure what the weight is, approximately 30lbs each maybe. They are Borbet knock-offs.

I try to stay off 390 and on to the back roads. The cops don't like that I have no front plate, as you can see it stuffed next to my drivers seat.

The fire extinguisher is only there for my DE at the end of the month. Makes for easy access if needed though. Its actually better for me as a arm rest, sits a little higher and is actually usable.

If that fire extinguisher is mounted only to the console cover it'll turn into an ICBM should you ever have a collision...

It's mounted in place of the cassette holder. The same four screw that held the cassette holder doen, hold the extinguisher plate. Needs to be hard mounted to a metal surface in order to be allowed in our DE.

I think I would bang my elbow against that extinguisher quite a bit. Not sure I like the position. But your car looks great otherwise!

I thought Cup 1's had somewhat round spokes. Cup 2's had square spokes?

Curt - Are you signed up for the Niagara DE this year? Your new ride looks great! try mounting the fire extinguisher to the luggage tie down below the rear seat. You won't have to drill any holes, just use the existing ones. Here's a shot of your ride from last year (my car is also in this shot).

Yeah, Camera Phone. Quality isn't it's high point.

Paul, are you headed again this year? Last year I had that '87 with black interior. I finally sold it in September, THis is my new car, same except for the Linen interior and a lot less mileage. Well, plus the Test Pipes and RMB. Can't wait for Memorial Day. See you then.
