Default Electrical stuff not working, help with foglights, a/c

1994 GTS, sat most of the winter with occasional use. Foglights don't work. Tested the bulbs, they are burned out, replaced H-3's with new units, tested with direct 12v current. Plugged into connectors and only high beams/flashing lights work (different bulbs, but same assembley). Don't get any voltage at the fog light connectors at the very front of the car. I pulled and reinstalled the fog light relay, with no change.

What's the problem? Relay or light switch? How do I test them?

Problem 2: A/C switch on dash doesn't work. I press it and it doesn't light, the compressor doesn't engage and the blower/fan doesn't work. Some times when I drove it in the last few months, it would work, but not consistently.

I don't think its the head unit relay, which I replaced last year. I've found the 16 or 14 gauge wire connector just above the air pump and and pulled it apart and cleaned it up. This had been a problem at the end of last summer and was fixed.

I've pulled and reinstalled the blower relay as well as the fuses. No problems that I can tell, but electrical stuff drive me nuts.

HEEEEELP.

Default No blower fan, AC light not coming on no fog lights

I have same issue, just replaced refurbished control unit from Roger. Relays and fuses check out. Blower fan came on for a second then stopped. Fog light not working either. Both worked before. AC light does not come on, blower fan does not work in any setting even defrost.

This issues was reported in 2005 by another member no one responded.

Any suggestions
Thanks

You said relays and fuses check out. Did your check include the Ignition Relay-X in position IV?

i would start with checking power at the fuse. then locate where the power comes out of the fuse panel on the diagram, pull the plug and check for power there. if you have power coming out of the "out" plug at the bottom, connect a lead to the connector pin on that plug and at the light...check for continuity (ohms should read zero resistance).
