Cooling Fans

I have noticed that of the two cooling fans the passenger side is not operating. I jumped out the system to have the fans run continuously and only the drivers side is receiving the 12v signal. I had sent out the car to have the a/c serviced a couple weeks ago and am thinking that something they did must have cause this because I haven't had this problem before.
Any recommendations as to where I should look for the problem? I did look in the nichols site and there was a write up by wally for a 86MY which I thought I'd try. I also checked the fuses and they are fine.

Doug,
I just had my fan problem fixed by going to the DEVEK electric fan setup about 2 weeks ago.
My passenger-side fan had stopped working about 2 years ago. I went through Wally's write-up but could not find anything that may be causing the problem, so I replaced my stock fan setup with DEVEK's. It turned out to be a corroded connector to the passenger fan, so double check those fan connections.
