If your engine is stock, then your 30 lb-ers will supply way too much fuel, especially at WOT, and even more so with the rrfprr. Do you have a wide-band O2 setup to monitor your air/fuel?

Where did you get the Bilsteins, and how much did they cost? I need new ones myself.

Good luck with your car!

Hey Paul!

The 30#'ers will work fine in closed loop at approx. 30psi and will also do the same at reduced pressure during WOT. The reason for the 30's is a possible forthcoming supercharger. On the factory O2 sensor, I was seeing .75 to .80 volts during WOT. Is she fat? Yup. Is she too fat? I don't think so. No black smoke during WOT runs at all. It will be further tuned on a dyno with a wideband O2 soon. BTW, you can turn DOWN adjustable FPR's too.........

Give us a call, we also supplied and installed the Bilstein's.

As a rough guide, using air tools, I had all four shocks out of the S4 in ~2.5 hrs. Approximately 2X that to reassemble and reinstall. Another hour playing with & cutting the shocks in removing the rear adjusters = four Konis 'good to go' !
Compressors are not applied until the strut is removed, and the front lower A-arm is dropped at its brackets - the ball joint is not touched. Remove and hang the front calipers and remove the rotors - for you have to lift and hold the front suspension with one hand as the strut is rethreaded up into place through the upper A-arm - with the other hand: a three handed mechanic would be a good evolutionary step ... .
