I have a complete 85 exhaust sitting here, manifolds to tailpipe.

Are you looking for the whole mid section (behind cats to tailpipe)? As there is only one joint in that system, at the aft of the cats.

Scott, I think just the mid would be fine, it would help with shipping too. I am sure I could find a way to clamp or weld a new one in. Mine was replaced with aftermarket rear, so I guess if shipping wouldn't be a problem, the whole shebang would be just fine.
