Default Wanted to share pictures of my seats

Those who know me in the DFW area have seen my GTS with the seats out of my 89 S4. The seats were black with red piping and came like that from the factory. I liked them so much I decided to make a swap to my GTS.

What bugged me was putting 89 seats into a 93 car and vice versa. As nice as the 89 seats were they were not 93 vintage.

Well after Doc Mirror made such a great job of my 90GT that he is just borrowing , I decided to talk to his upholstery guy and see what could be done with the GTS seats. No Problem - two days later I had a beautiful set of GTS seats with red (as close as possible to the factory matador color) piping.
I also had the small door panels redone with deviating red stitching. To subtle for the photographs.

The pictures came out terrible!!! How do you get quality pictures when the file size and the overall size of the picture is so small?
These were high res pics when I started out.

Looks nice Roger. The red is great with the black interior.
When I take photos now, I set the resolution lower so that I don't have to reduce the size to post or email them.

Roger, The seats look really good! Did you have the seats recovered or just taken apart and have the piping added. BTW, I like the red "GTS" in the sills.

Jeff,
Thanks - Compared to what you have been doing this was easy stuff.

Chuck,
Thanks - they took off the covers and replaced the piping with the new red piping.
A realy proffesional job.
$275 for all the seats and the two side panels.

Nice! I really like the look. Price seems reasonable too.

That looks great Roger!!!!!!! I really like the subtle difference a small amount of contrasting color can add.

Roger
Very nice looking....I was thinking of doing the same thing to mine but with black piping over the existing tan leather! I think it would look sharp with the other black-tan contrasts in the car!
