Your neighbors must think you own a Porsche dealership. Very nice looking car. I love the blacked out stealth mode look.

The more I look at it the more I like it. I have to admit the black wheel took a couple of days to get used to, but now I love it. I might replace my chrome with the same along with my dark tinted windows. Then I can start pulling people over!! (1662)

Definitely looks like a muscle car. SWEET

Chuck
For a car with "bad paint" it doesn't look that bad! I'm sure you will bring it up to your standards quickly! The question is......which one will you take to the next 928 event?

You should see it in person, its quite a sight. Seriously, it looks like its been washed with sand paper! I must say though, I worked on the right rear quarter panel tonight and it looks pretty good. I had lots of tiny scratches and a big mark where something obviously rubbed the paint for a while and it all came out. May not need to be wet sanded but we'll see how the rest of the car looks. Stay tuned.

Unfortunately, it will be a while before I am able to go to a 928 event. Plans already in place for the next couple. Right DR?

I understood what you said, I laughed out loud! What's even funnier is I grew up in Minnesota! Guess the 20+ years here have changed me.........

Chuck,

I still say you should get married at SITM this June instead of the "boring ole pace" you plan to get married at on the same weekend!

Come on guys, help me talk Chuck into having his wedding at SITM with all of his 928 friends. We could do some cool arrangement with 928s and make it very romantic :-)

It's not me you'd have to convince. Somehow, I doubt anyone would be foolish enough to take on that task! Certainly not me.

Hi Chuck,

I know.

Me either, and I would never try. Give Tina my love and make sure she knows I am just kidding with you.

We will sure miss you 2 at SITM this year... hmmm maybe a "928 Tour" with 100 928s down to Charlotte to crash a wedding is in order:-)

Is the NC plate "VADER" taken?

I like the black!

It all a matter or personal taste but "BlownBeast" on here has a black car and has tinted the rear lights darker. It really looks good! Just an idea whenthe car goes to be painted. Tint is mixed in with the clear coat and sprayed on.

We thought about the plate "D VADER"

Tint is mixed with clear and sprayed on the rear lights? Interesting. Pics?
