928 bike rack
#2
The only one I know for sure is "good" is the Factory System, BUT they are unfortunately NOT cheap.
Details and photos are on my website www.928gt.com , look under Accessories > Exterior > Roof Racks , and also under Misc.> Factory Roof Rack.
Please be sitting down when you look at the prices :-)
Here is a photo of a full Factory Roof Rack and 2 bike setup, with a Thule Coffin on my ex 91GT

Are you sure that you don't want to put the rear seats down, take of the bike wheels and put the bikes inside on a very thick blaket? I know for certain that one bike fits easily back there. I don't recall if I ever transported 2 in that fashion.
I recall someone putting a light duty trailer hitch on the back of their 928. There are many hitch-mounted bike racks to choose from out there. The hitch will probably cost a few $$$ too.
Good luck.
