Seat switches
How in the world do you remove the seat in order to get to the bad switches if you can't get the seat to move in order to get to the bolts? This ought to be good.
TIA
TIA
Look at the very lower front of your seat, there is a black plastic "motor cover", look for a hole in the cover. You insert the emergency seat crank from your tool kit and manually crank the seat forward or backwards. You can also use a 5mm socket and extension with a ratchet.
Go slowly and don't force it as the emergency seat gears are plastic and prone to breakage.

Ron,
Look under the front of the seat. You can get an allen wrench in there to manually move the seat.

the late switch round 4 arrows, if you pop it out of the trim housing you will find each switch has six wires.... the brown is ground in , red is power in ,the other 4 wires go to two motors. So by simply jumping from the ground and a separate jumper from the power you can try combinations of the 4 wires to the two motors ...if the seat moves opposite to where it needs to go just reverse the power and ground to the two wires you just energized. If the seat is stuck with the horizontal all the way to the rear (seat away from the dash) odds are it is a mechanical issue caused by someone pushing back with their feet and running the seat back under power. This can cause the threaded adjuster rod to run past the threads and jamb. As mentioned the manual emergency adjuster has plastic gears and they typically just break.

You can also apply power directly to the motor which is in front of the seat. Just remove the plastic cover the there are 2 spade connectors on the motor. To change direction just reverse the polarity.
If one manages to fubar the white plastic gear
, the two flexible drive cables can be detached from the very front motor ( under a plastic cover). These can be turned to advance/retract the seat. 'Watercooler' advanced this approach to a science by using a pair of electric drills chucked up on the cables .....

Ron I did not say "break the switch"
but carefully pop it out of the trim housing the tabs off the switch box catch on the bottom edge of the trim housing. Just do not pull on or pry on the round switch cover !!
