Fact that it has Testarossa intakes on sides and VIN says it was most likely made in September '83 makes me think bodykit isn't original. Testarossa only came out in spring of '84 IIRR. Many tuning companies quickly copied those intakes but DP could not be faster than speed of light.

That car is not an S4... It has S4 tail lights, but if you look at the exhaust pipe, you can see it protruding to the side like on an OB..

DP.. Desing & Plastic did many cars in that theme. Most known were their 935 like road cars...

I believe they also had some affiliation with Uwe Gemballa, and provided a basis for his widebody cars. ***** Koenig was also popular at this time for his widebody creations. The DP bodywork was 1st class, but they did not modify engines too much as far as I can remember. many of their cars went to the middle east..

Some had very nice lines.. As far as 80's looking... They made the cars in the 80's....or did we already forget what it was like then.... You could get a Mercedes 500 Sel with 13 inch rear tires and flares to match from Koenig and others.... Then you had your interior done by CARAT Duchatelet, the motor by AMG, and you were ready for the coke party on any resort town in the Alps....

I of course have no recollection of any of this...!

Cheers,
