How's this for a chance 928 sighting?
Happened to come home about 2 in the afternoon yesterday and SciFi was showing old episodes of Knight Rider. Right at the end, KITT is driving across a bridge (angle is from right in front of him, road level) and he comes up level with a silver 928!
A quick search on the SciFi schedule says that the episode is "Knight of the Drones, Part 1". Now, I'm someone who has a polaroid of me sitting in KITT at an auto show 20 some years ago, but even my memory is bad regarding most of these shows. If I recall correctly, this ep. features KITT getting trashed by a pair of missle-armed lincoln mark 8's. Sadly, a 928 body was not in his future, but a red Cylon eye would look just perfect in the bumper cover of a shark, doncha think?

"I am the knight rider!!!" from Mad max. My question is, did that phrase come before the knight rider TV episodes?
V-8's rules the wasteland! We need some sharks equipped with those knight rider weapons. Anybody have plans to build a fully armed shark? PM me if your fearful of John Law that might come a knockin.

Ive said it before, I always felt the 928 was a much better car than the smallish Lotus, AM, or Ferrari to trick out with 007 or Mad Max gadgets. Imagine triple flip headlights with 50 cals behind the light...
OK tight fit but you get the idea
