Paul,
I have ordered three seperate sets and they have all been delivered within 3 or 4 days. Make sure you or someone checks they are the right mounts when they arrive. I have heard of the wrong ones turning up and it would be a PITA to get the wrong ones back to the UK.
Best,
Roger

Ordered 4:59am Jan 5th. Picked up by FedEx 2:06pm Jan 5. Scheduled delivery Jan 7.

That's their cheap basic shipping. Package originated in Youngwood, PA.

Edited to add: Delivered as scheduled Jan 7.

Roger, do you mean the part is mispackaged, or they completely screwed up and shipped the wrong part?

Recently they shipped the wrong part to someone here in DFW.
Also it is worth making sure it is the anchor part made in the US and not India.
Nothing wrong with parts made in India, just that it had an extra stud on it which would have to be removed.

John Pirtle's site contains details on re and re the mounts...for those of you re;placing your mounts, are you going by the info contained on JP's site, or using shop manuals or some other info source? Just a dumb observation but notice that the ford part number ...three of the four numbers are 928

It's not a hard job but very dirty. Plenty of 'while you are there' stuff too. I'm doing mounts, steering boots, belt, oil pan bolt torque, wire routing, and some cleaning. Hey Roger, want to come over on Sat am and help start me off? I'll feed you again!

Can't fault RockAuto for delivery times, got to Orlando in 5 or 6 days. But how can I tell whether they are the solid or hydraulic type? (They are sold as hydraulic)

Also I can't find a country of manufacture on them, or on the box, how can I tell if it's the US or Indian version?

It appears factory stores spare engines sitting on oil pan. I find this very strange. It has to have effect on pan gasket.

Rock auto got mine to me within 3 or 4 days. I am in the middle of replacing them (LONG list of to-do's I've been putting off).

JETRAINOR - Another EASY 'tell'...heat coming thru your center console. When the mounts collapse, the angle of the engine causes a 'push' on some of the heat shielding under the console.

Mine have "Made in US" or something similar faintly stamped on one of the metal ends.

As Matt said, there may be faint stamping on the metal end plates - possibly covered by a skim of excess rubber. Although referred to as Anchor mounts, IIRC, Corteco is the US manufacturing company. Mine were locally supplied by Carquest in their packaging: the 2698 number was present following their BIN #31-3679HY - the HY for hydraulic. I picked two anchor/corteco mounts from the bin, but did see one made in India: it had a second locating pin placed on the upper (small) face - which would need to be removed.

The mounts I got from RockAuto also arrived in 4 days and had the "MADE IN USA" stamp on them.

Those little studs on the "made in India" ones can be removed in a minute w/ a hacksaw- I was too lazy to return them.

I got the wrong ones from RockAuto. Square looking mounts, wrong numbers, not even close. Re-ordered and got the right ones in 3-4 days. Sent back the other ones. Does anyone notice a break-in period for the hydraulic mounts? I couldn't feel much difference right after the replacement except that the engine rocks. They seemed to soften up after about a week. One thing I noticed was the new mounts not only dampen engine vibration, but also the ride is less jarring when running over pot holes or cracks in the pavement.
