Does anyone know the process for removing the Intake Tubes (Assembly) and seals/parts required from an 86 928S? I want to paint or polish them...

If you are referring to the metal intake manifold, you will have to
1. disconnect batt
[Edit
2. I forgot] Drain the block, the rear 1 or 2 manifold bolts enter the water jacket. Coolant will seep up, over and into the valley, and elsewhere that you don't want it.
3. Disconnect fuel supply lines, remove fuel rails; I was taking injectors out for cleaning so I separated the harness as well; it may be brittle. IIRC there are two bolts securing each rail, then the injectors are held in by the friction of the individual injector seals only, a long cloth wrapped screw driver and gentle prying against the manifold upward will pull them out, or strong hands and cursing.
WYAIT, you may want to remove valve covers and powder coat as well. The bolts holding the valve covers have a special rubber coated (one side). Be careful with the shoulder bolts that the valve cover bolts screw into. Try Fastenal for replacements, Porsche washers are way expensive. If you have the covers off, check the cam chain carriers and the spark plug seals. 928 Int'l includes these with val cover gasket kit. You probly also want to replace any vacuum (several) hoses under the intake and the Idle Stabilizer Valve. HTH.
