Default Correct Tension

If anyone has his or her WSM handy I would love to know what the correct tension setting is for an 88 S4.

I recently had my TB tensioned at the shop that replaced the TB and rebuilt the tensioner less than 700miles ago. I was told that the new reading was 6.0. Seems to me that is too tight and I am wondering what the WSM has to say.

FYI Before the re-tensioning my belt read 3.0 on the tool.

Any help would be appreciated.
