Santa,
I would like to ask for a new paint job for Chewy... and with it aero mirrors, sunroof, 'S' spoiler, and rub-strip delete, and a Jaquemond front bumper cover?? ...No Macco quickie either. Same colour.
...And if you can't pull it together by Christmas, how about my birthday in February?

Ed--

Would you mind mounting a set of 996 C4 wheels to your car and taking a few snow shots for me?

----

It's dead of winter here in SoCal. That means daytime temps barely make it into the 60's. Should see 80 again in the afternoon before the weekend is gone. Not much chance for snow around here...

----

Hell yes we get seasons here! From the dead of winter to the middle of summer, the avarage afternnon temp swings a whopping 40 degrees F.

----

My 928 did actually see some snow a month ago. About an hour north of the house, one of my favorite roads was closed at 6500 feet because there was (gasp!) snow in a few pockets along the sides. Since then, the snow level has dropped as low as 2500 feet, and was about 6000 again for a storm that passed through a week ago. That's all within an hour or so of the house here.

I envy you folks who get to enjoy a little snow. I grew up in New York and New Jersey, moved west to escape the summer heat and humidity. I lived in the Tahoe valley for a while, at Mammoth Lakes in the Sierras for a while, but ended up back in the desert that is the Los Angeles basin.

I do love the pictures!

Well, I can't quite do that, but I might be able to get close. My winter wheels are 993 Cup replicas, and those aren't too far off from the 996 C4 wheels. Might not be able to tell the difference if they're dark night shots. I'm probably going to put those wheels on the shark this coming weekend.

And our local TV weather guy was claiming that his long-long-long-term forecast model was showing possible snow on Christmas Eve, so a plan might just be coming together here...

Santa, I don't need any more stuff. But could you end the war and bring our troops home?

Now you wouldn't be lying to ol' Saint Nick now would you? HO HO HO I didn't think so young man. Since you've been good and supplied your nice Rennlister friends with your lovely grid girl avatar then Santa just might have a surprise for you this year.
