Is you MAF toast or you just want a new one?
I have one that I replaced this summer. I did not notice any positive or negative effect with the swap so the "old" one is available.

...don't know how much I trust the "Item has about 5000 miles on it." part, but for that price, I'll put it in and let it run until it works as bad as the one I have in there now.
