Hey Chris,
It's true. I'll give you a call and even try to make it up your way some time soon. Not too long ago the girlfriend took me up to Chimney Rock park for the weekend.

The K&N problem mentioned is most likely attributed to Over-oiling.
By avoiding the K&N entirely it restricts our worries to only t-belt failures and getting caught by highway revenue collector patrol.

Cool. That's not far up the road from me. If I had known you were back east, I would've invited you to Eurofest at BMW a couple of weeks ago. We sure could've used a S/C'ed 928 especially for the WOW factor. The big WOW car seemed to be a twin turbo Pantera. Beautiful car owned by a guy who knew nothing about it. Had no idea how much boost it was capable of, or how much HP it was making. Matter of fact, he was from ATL, and the car had just been completed by a shop down there. Oh well, good to hear from you.
Sorry for highjacking the thread. I will cease and desist now. :-)

Styln, you wanna go to the Ruf gtg on the 20th? be good to meet up with some fellow Porsche owners... I'll be in the Vette, the Stangs aren't worthy of being in a Ruf parking lot, and the 928 is still in CA under a cover in storage.
