*** Detroit Beer Night This Thursday*** (11-11-04)
It's that time of the month, again. Well... you know what I mean.
This Thursday, the local 928 owners will be having our monthly 928 get together here in the Detroit area - others are always welcome. Last month we had 2 new people show up Chaadster and another guy from Plymouth (I forgot his name, sorry dude).
Location is the same as always @ the Four Greenfields Pub in the strip mall on the SW corner of 13 Mile & Woodward (right next to the Secretary of State's office) in Royal Oak, MI. For many, this could be the last outing until Spring.
Things usually start around 6:30 and go until whenever.
Remember we have these get togethers on the second Thursday of every month, so come on by.
I will also be cross posting on the other boards too. Hope to see you there.

Well... died in the living room. Outstanding. I'm in town on a regular gig with my 78. I'm gonna have to stop by and compliment all on their choice of automobile. Look forward to meeting some more 928 nuts.

I, too, have some stuff to pass out. As an FYI to new-comers, I have a tendency to hand out free die cast 928 toys to folks who are attending their first "meeting." I've gone through a couple dozen already.

I won't be able to make it tonight but I will be calling on the Detroit 928 Gods when it comes time to turn a wrench on mine. I'm a horrible wrench. Ok, make that a non-wrench. But I want to learn.

Man oh man, do I miss these meetings! Hoist one for me, boys. I just got moved in out in lovely Denver. The car (again) follows in 3 weeks. Maybe the haulers won't scrape the brand new spoiler off again.
