Copper - it's what the factory used. I've already run into 2 16V's that ran better when the platinum's were replaced with copper.

I've had fantastic service from Bosch 'silber' (silver) single electrodes: WR8DS for the 16v, W7DRS for the 32v. Don't know if the Euro specifies 7 or 8 heat range?
THe WR8DS in my '80 are on their 12th year - still look and perform as new.

Dido with Hacker I have had a few techs. say to use the coppers, they work much better than platinums. But I think it has alot to do with location. Ive had coppers now for over a year and still going strong.

I used the platinum ones, single electrode ones, cheapest platinum bosch plug. My car runs great with them in it
