Default Doing clutch what do I need, Jim Bailey?

So, Mr. Bailey, what parts would I need to do a full clutch job on my 1987 928S4 5-spd w/ LSD? the car has 45k miles on it. Most of those miles were from the previous owner he said he used it at the Watkins Glen many a time, I assume he's not familiar with Heel-toe to well. Anyway, I'd like to do the clutch job in the next few months. So what parts do I need and what do you guys charge per part? Feel free to send me a private e-mail on this. Is there any garage mans discount?

I just e-mailed you a complete quote . We really only have one price to every regular customer , shop, or Porsche dealer. We know what we pay for parts and it takes the same time and effort to order, inventory, sell, box ,and ship no matter who the customer happens to be. So Curt the answer to the question of special Garage man discount would be; No . If you get a shop discount from your Porsche dealer then the clutch arm which is a Porsche dealer only part should be a bit less. The total for the "full monty" is about $1,000 PARTS for the late single disc clutch . Labor is only a few hours since the lower bell housing is easily removed and the clutch drops down without removing the torque tube or transmission . The flywheel can be surfaced (machined) if it has wear ridges or hot spots the minimum thickness is 27.5 mm at the thickest dimension.
