Default OB TB tension?

Hey guys, I'm doing the water pump and timing belt job on the '79 euro. What I'm wondering is, on the Kempf tool, how do I tell when its tight for the 16valvers? Same spot as with the 32vs?

Thanks guys!

P.S.

TDC, tooth closest to the center cover (lower span) - tension to center of the window: rotate twice and recheck ( repeat if any change).

Thanks Garth! tb/wp job went off without any major problems. Found out why the water pump leaked too... It didn't. It was a coolant line coming off the back of the thermostat or somewhere around there from what I remember.
MUCH easier of a job than my S4.
Did the timing belt, water pump, new plugs, and oil change, all today.

Now that I'm nice and tired, sore, and cut up, I'm going to bed.

Thanks again!
