Some Frenzy pics
Great event thanks to many awesome 928 people. Lots of cool stuff all weekend; meeting new people, excellent tech sessions and dyno sessions at Curry's, the chance to talk with and learn from from Earl, Wally and others, seeing more cool 928s, the pca drive to the halloween party, and the chance to get out and do another road trip. And I brought my own stash of starbucks to self medicate.
Pics: 1. the parking lot at Curry's 2. a '79 op-art interior 3. two wise men, a joker and a kempf 4. dyno comparisons and speculation 5. shark hits the water crossing the potomac

Red leaves and red S4s 4. tech session of an a/t fluid change (I came home and did one on the Weissach) 5. Anne and her nice original '83 5-speed (Scott M. might remember her from SITM)

Thanks for the great pictures! Having been at the 928ocic, I can now recognize some of the Eastern faces. And yes, I agree: Earl's '91 GT is extremely beautiful. And the owner himself is as nice as 928 owners can get...
Who are the guys doing the dyno comparison and speculation?

Rixter for President!!
ok.
1. Jeannie's GT and Samantha's S4 2. Matt's GT with modded fenders that fit 11" 45 offset rears and an S4 from Maine (how come I haven't seen him locally?) 3. Jeannie has the hottest wheels 4. lot full-O' sharks 5. Fat GTS with a cool custom stereo system (no pics of that) that had a fake floor in the back 5" off the deck with elec stuff filling the void. 6. a perfect 914-6 with original steel fenders at the concours/ halloween party.

Nicole: from left to right- a guy with an '89 S4 that ran strong (260+ hp/tq), David Parsons (no 928, he hitched a ride with me and snores like an RMB), another guy with a good running S4, and Earl (aka "the man"). I know three things...names are tough to remember, driving through NYC on I95 is bad, and it's tough to sleep with a running chainsaw in your room.

Thanks! I certainly recognize Captain Earl, and also had the pleasure of meeting Jay Kempf at the 928ocic! Some day, I hope I will meet Prof. Dr. h.c. Wally Plumley as well.
What are these white thingies under that grey metallic S4's rear bumper guards? Additional backup lights? Or radar/laser scramblers?

Nicole: back-up or back-off! lights.
When one of the wise men is speaking, I am listening. Nice guys, good people and a fun weekend. I am going to get to sharktoberfest next year...fly or drive. And Wichita too.

Dave; the 356 won I believe. I had no trouble going home with a new engine-to- heater control valve hose.
I had 2 passengers for the ride home (!!), as Earnest Wong needed a ride back to NYC. He fit in the back seat pretty well as he is 110 lbs. His car is laid up after he hit a raised manhole in NYC...ouch!
Fun weekend.

Bill's 94 GTS on the Dyno. It turned 244.3 RWHP, highest for automatic transmission cars on the Mustang Dyno. Bill's 94 GTS and Jim Morehouse's 87 S4 at the concours/Halloween party after the golf tourney.

Awesome
Cool event guys with some awesome hardware. Congrats to Eifert and crew on organizing another bash. I gotta get back out there to another Frenzy soon.
Loedding and I were talking at Sharktoberfest about Pete's "turn at the wheel" organizing Frenzy V, at which I had a great time.
See you guys soon.
