Unhappy 70mph or 40??

I noticed yesterday that my digtal display seemed accurate at 40mph on my s4, however my actual speedometer dial was reading 70mph, the rev indicator looks fine, less I can understand, not more!,any idea's?
PS for the moment I have the fasted indicated top speed of any 928 in Britain!!

If one would show 40mph and the other 70km/h, it would be pretty accurate. Are you sure both display the speed in mph?

Nicole has a point. 40mph is about 70kph.

Just a weird coincidence, speedometer dial reads roughly double digital display. Next thing to watch is the odometer, is it going up too fast as well? EEEK!, Will have to wait until new steering wheel shim comes in before I play!
