Default Heater don't work with clutch

Rare as it is to use a heater in AZ. Fired mine up worked ok, until I get to stop light, then it blows cold. 10 seconds later after I get going it gets hot again and blow hot until I stop. I thought it maybe the clutch, because when I have the clutch in the cold air starts to blow.

Then I put the shark in park with clutch out and the heater didn't kick in?

Anybody come across this before?
I ruled out Polterguist already.

Thanks, The Wally has spoken...

I'm sure the archives has it, but was too lazy to look up! Seems my heater only works when shark is in motion. Need to go research this 'heater conspiracy' now!!!
