The interior is *perfect*, complete and 100% stock (with the Jaeger shifter added), except for:

one-inch scuff (not tear) on driver's bolster;
the driver's door bottom carpet has come unstuck in one 4-inch stretch;
driver's seat heater isn't heating;
rear parcel grocery cover and net missing;
pliers are missing.

At first you wonder Why did she buy a ...... ? then when you hear that it breaks and you feel no need to "fix it" especially if it is warranted , suddenly you understand it is no longer your problem and that was THE POINT !

It's making me sad too, because if I was in the market for another 928, I would probably buy it.
But I would not need it unless I was getting rid of mine. And I don't really need or want to
get rid of mine...

What are the last four digits of the VIN? Does it have the flip-up rear wing?

1385. I put the flip-wing onto my 1401 and the 1401's static wing onto the 1385. I also took the grocery cover for my 1401. Those are the only things I changed, other than the upgrades already mentioned.
