TRAINS HATE PORSCHE'S

I think it is ultimately his responsibility but you can bet the trucking companies insurance carrier will blame the city, county or RR company or whomever is responsible for maintaining that intersection. They may have a case if proper clearences werent maintained. Just sucks because the car owners will have to be caught in the middle unless their insurance pays off then goes after the guilty.

I think it really hurts more when you have owned a cherry original Speedster and restored it. Mine was not concours but nice and this sight really hurts. I have said it before, but here it is again: To drive a Speedster is to know the essence of Porsche.
