Default TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR NUTS

Well I finally got all of them off. What a job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to Dave of 928 Specialists for the use of the special tool set needed to do this. Even with them the ultra fine thread nuts had to be persuaded with an air hammer. Managed to get 3 off without any problem, the next five required lots of WD-40, vibration, and time. Did not damage the wheels, but at least 3 of the nuts are beyond hope.

Is there any way to test the sensors? I know that they are EXPENSIVE!!!

I don't know of any way to bench test them at all. The RDK computer in the car is supposed to tell you whether you have a bad sensor(s) for each wheel.......or just low pressure. I'm sure there is a way you could rig up some sort of testing mount for each......but then what would you use to read the sensor with?
