That Canadian Strosek was listed for 16,600 CDN $ in Calgary spring 2004. I had the advertisement from the auto trader in my truck but couldn't convince my wife we needed another 928.

Brian G and I were going to look at it but never got around to it. + $ 3 K over the summer...not bad,

spinaker - your in good company...2 other Edmontonians are on the board.
Welcome!

Rich,

Nice to know of some other 928 owners in the vicinity. I just recently became one purchasing my 1985 928S 5spd in June.

I wonder if this Strosek is the one you saw previously. I viewed the car and was advised by the owner that he had imported it from Switzerland. I ran the SN with Strosek and they couldn't identify the car as completed in their factory. They suggested that it may have been assembled by someone else as they did sell some kits.

The car is signifcantly lower than my 1985 928S. It has "STROSEK" dual exhaust (nice sound). It does not have the Strosek hatch (which started this thread) or the gullwing doors which came on some. The interior is custom including leather covered dash.

To one of the earlier posts, the wheels are "WORKs". I do beleive the maker lights are S4s.

I agree that this styling kit is one of the few such kits of all "tuner" conversions which enhances the car.

I don't think they make those anymore, but I was researching other options and sources, and this place makes custom offset phone dials for Diablo replicas, and they said they could make a set to fit the 928. Not cheap though...
