John,
I'm guessing your system will be a little more, 'bolt-on'?

Gawd, I hate when loosers abuse Ebay like this...and I quote...
"This is not an auction for an actual turbo header. I am dissassembling my setup to do maintenence and if 3 or more people are interested in purchasing this setup I will build jigs and do the fabrication. These are very custom and very difficult to fabricate due to the lack of room. This is a very tight setup."
What a waste of cyberspace.

Sorry guys, I have been up to my neck in my paying job as of late. Just came back from Mexico City late last night. What a zoo that place is. I have the motor out of Goldmember for him to "go for the gold", uh I mean Nikasil. I will have some pictures of the entire kit bolted to my Euro engine sitting in the garage. I just need more time to get it done. I'm off to Jamaica tomorrow for my Wife's 30th B-day. There is never enough time to do it all anymore, so careful time management is in order....There will be no "PW" comments, thank-you!
Yes, my setup looks a lot better than this one. I actually have a brochure, but not sure if I can post it on here...it is a word file right now, that I need to make into a .pdf.
I'll be back with more information later...

This guy has been around for a very long time. I really don't know what kind of person he is, just know I've seen that id on ebay related to Porsche 928 for over 5 years. As I recall.

That's a different setup. Generally, you want to keep the turbo away from the rad to prevent putting more heat into the rad. Perhaps he removed a heat shield for photo purposes.
I'd also be interested to know what the intake air temps were, since the turbo looks to be about 12'' from the air intake and I can't seem to see where the intercooler is. Guess there could be an A/W unit back there somewhere though. Sloppy, but if it's a prototype, that's irrelevant.
Looks like he's running Electromotive management, that's very helpful if it's setup right.
But, I hear ya, the 'fishing expedition' seems a bit odd for ebay. Sure, if it were something big ticket like cranks or a batch of cams or something it would make sense (nobody wants to lay out big $ making something that has no market) but the headers seem to be rather low risk $ wise. Time wise is a different story of course.

My comment is that you need to fabricate a very solid undertray, or those intercooler hoses are going to be toast.
It would suck to have such nice work damged by a good dip, driveway, or pothole.
You may be very aware of their placement, and drive cautiously, but not every
potential owner of goldmember will be as cautious. Those hoses need some protection!

Yeah, but my chin spoiler, and many people's chin spoilers, are gone...
I still smack my front frame rails on big huge dips quite often.
LA roads can be pretty bad.
My skid plate has undoubtedly saved my alternator, etc, several times now...
If I had your setup on my car, it would have been destroyed.
Which would be quite a waste of some really nice work...

John, map it out for me. Air goes through the stock filter, out the bottom to the turbo inlet.
The barn door AFM is gone, that free's up a lot of toom there. I'm assuming the stock TB is still under there.
The two tubes that are coming from behind the radiator one going to the turbo the other connect to both IC's?

Dayhmn, that looks just like my engine... mostly:
