Many good thoughts above, but you need to get systematic, testing one thing at a time, and eliminating them when proved ok. FIRST thing is get presure gauge on the WUR inlet line (from distributor), and check system(~75) and control(~40-50hot, ~20 cold). Your symptom of power loss is consistent with control pressure going high, system pressure going low (unable to open injector) - BTDT. The pressure gauge will enable you to isolate probable location of problem. If system press is ok, check delivery volume is ok - 1350ml in 30 secs. If low, fix - pump, or filter probable. Get a copy of Ben watson from Amazon asap. My WUR was blocking, dribving up control press. try flushing it with carb cleaner or similar. The little gauze filters clog up with crud. The varnish small is from sitting a very long time with gas evaporating out of everything leaving high density components behind.

Also, I dont recommend playing with the mixture control screw UNTIL you have exhausted all other avenues. ie, the pressure and flow rate is good, the injectors are clean and good sprays, the control pressure is good hot and cold etc. get hot control right first, then worry about cold start problems separately, as there are other sources of problems there - thermotime, cold start injector, extra air valve, then cold control pressure. The mix screw is very sensitive - the idle will change with just pressing the allen key into socket, so you engage it, turn a tiny bit, release the pressure, and let idle stabilize again; clear its throat also every few minutes.
