I found it down where the harness goes through the timing belt cover. I have seen it before; I know I have. There used to be a thread that addressed all the unidentified parts, and there were many posted on that thread.

 

Retaining clips for the Hall sensor and front knock sensor cables on their mounting brackets. 928 606 282 00.

 

Thank you Rob. I must have lost it when I replaced the old hall sensor. I should also try to locate the front knock sensor cable to make sure it wasn't that one.
