Roger,
I'm on the outskirts of Philly, but I have no knowledge of 928s and a previous track record of poor car choices.
One thing to note, Upper Darby has just experienced some serious flooding (3~4ft of water I believe)
I was watching the local TV news and they were showing a car mechanic in the neighboring area who repaired prestige cars, and his lot and cars were completely submerged. I only mention this as when the TV camera panned around there in the middle of his lot was a nice looking 928 (but probably a total loss due to flooding).
Good luck,
MartinT
